1. About these terms

These terms apply to the BhaktiHub app (package: com.bhaktihubapp) and to the BhaktiHub pages on devoshapps.com, operated by Devosh Apps Private Limited ("we", "us").

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Using the app

• The app is for your personal, non-commercial use.
• To use the app you sign in with your mobile number (by OTP). Your account is tied to your number — keep your SIM and phone secure, as anyone who can receive SMS on that number can sign in as you.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app (More → your name → Delete account). See How to Delete Account.
• Please do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or try to disrupt our servers.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

3. Respect for devotional content

BhaktiHub is made with devotion and respect for Hindu traditions. Please use wallpapers, audio and other content respectfully, and do not edit or share them in ways that insult any deity, religion or community.

If you feel any content in the app hurts religious sentiments, write to us and we will look at it as quickly as possible.

4. Panchang, muhurat and rashifal

Panchang, tithi, muhurat and rashifal are provided for general information and devotional use. Traditions and calculation methods differ from region to region.

Before important decisions such as a wedding, griha pravesh or a major ritual, please also consult your local panchang, temple or purohit. Rashifal is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, financial adviser or lawyer.

5. Wallpapers, audio and other content

Content in the app is created by or for Devosh Apps and is protected by copyright.

• You may: set wallpapers on your own phone, use tones as your ringtone, and share content privately with family and friends.
• You may not: sell the content, use it in a commercial product or advertisement, or republish it elsewhere as your own collection.

6. BhaktiHub Plus (paid subscription)

Most of the app is free. BhaktiHub Plus is an optional paid subscription. If you choose it, the price, free trial, automatic renewal and how to cancel are shown to you clearly before you pay.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to it.

7. Updates and availability

We keep improving the app and may add, change or remove features or content at any time. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but cannot promise it will always work without interruptions or errors.

The app uses outside services such as Google Firebase. Links to other websites are not under our control.

8. Limits of our liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Devosh Apps Private Limited is not responsible for any indirect loss arising from use of the app — including decisions made on the basis of panchang, muhurat or rashifal.

Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Stopping use

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access for anyone who misuses the app or breaks these terms.

10. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change, and we will also announce significant changes inside the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
