1. Who owns the content

The wallpapers, designs, text and audio in the BhaktiHub app, and the app itself, are created by Devosh Apps Private Limited or for us, including with the help of AI tools. They are owned or controlled by us to the extent the law allows.

The names "BhaktiHub" and "भक्ति हब" and the app icon identify our app.

Traditional texts such as the Gayatri Mantra, Hanuman Chalisa, aartis and scriptures belong to India’s shared heritage. We do not claim ownership of these traditional texts — only of our own designs, artwork, recordings and presentation.

2. What you may do

• Set wallpapers on your own phone’s home or lock screen
• Use a tone as your ringtone, notification or alarm tone
• Share wallpapers and statuses privately with family and friends, for example on WhatsApp
• Save content to your gallery for your own personal use

3. What you may not do

• Sell the content, or give it out for money
• Use it in a commercial product, advertisement, merchandise, or printing for sale
• Upload it as a collection to another app, website or channel
• Present it as your own work

4. How to report a copyright concern

If you believe your work has been used in BhaktiHub without permission, email contact@devoshapps.com and include:

• Your name and contact details (email or phone)
• A description of your work, and proof that you hold the rights to it
• Where the content appears in the app — a screenshot, or the name of the wallpaper or bhajan
• A statement that, to your knowledge, the use is not authorised and the information you have given is accurate
• Your name (a typed name is enough as a signature)

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours. If our review finds the claim is valid, we will remove or replace the content as quickly as possible, and within 30 days at the latest.

Please note: knowingly making a false complaint can lead to legal action.

5. If you see our content misused elsewhere

If you find BhaktiHub content being sold, or published under someone else’s name, please tell us at the email above. It helps us protect the work of our artists and the trust of our devotees.
