Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to the BhaktiHub Plus subscription in the BhaktiHub app (package: com.bhaktihubapp), operated by Devosh Apps Private Limited.

Most of the app is free. BhaktiHub Plus is an optional paid subscription.

2. Subscription charges

Price	₹299 per month
Free trial	2 days
Renewal	Automatically every month, until you cancel
Tax	All taxes included

The first charge is made when the trial ends. After that, you are charged on the same date every month.

3. Free trial

The 2-day trial costs nothing.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.

Before any charge is made, we will remind you by notification and SMS.

4. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel at any time.

From the app: Settings → My Plan → Cancel Subscription

After you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of that month. No further charges are made after that.

5. Refunds

We give a full refund in these situations:

• You cancelled before the trial ended, but were still charged
• You were charged more than once in the same month
• A technical fault meant you could not use the subscription
• You subscribed by mistake and wrote to us within 7 days of the charge

In these situations a refund is usually not given:

• After the month has passed and the subscription has been used
• If you forgot to cancel and more than 7 days have passed since the charge

Even so, if you feel something has gone wrong for you, please write to us. We look at every case carefully.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@devoshapps.com and tell us:

• Your registered mobile number
• The date and amount of the charge
• What happened

We reply within 48 hours. Once a refund is approved, it reaches the same account the money was taken from within 5–7 working days.
